Position: Operations Manager
Location: Noida/Dehradun
|
Job Description :
The ideal candidate will be the person who is proactive, has good communication skills, technically competent and mature, has a positive attitude, and demonstrates substantial growth potential. The job responsibilities involves:
|
- Handling complete UK and US processes
- Review and analyze performance against targets on a daily basis.
- Provide regular reports on the performance metrics and work flow to the top management.
- Bring value addition to the system with coordination with the client and the team.
- Develop, implement and manage Quality Objectives in accordance with the client requirement
|
Desired Candidate Profile:
|
- Graduate, post graduate in any filed.
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience.
- Exposure to BPO industry must
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in handling UK and Us Processes.
- Ability to Manage the Good PR with Team & Client.
